Steps for Aadhaar Address Update Online

To proceed with any changes, you must have your mobile number linked to your Aadhar. So, if you haven’t done that, please start there. Before you begin any online process that requires verification, keep soft copies of the required documents ready.

  1. Open the link on a web browser.
  2. Log in with your Aadhar number and the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.
  3. Click on the “Proceed to Update Aadhar” option and fill in the required details.
  4. Upload the documents requested by UIDAI for verification.
  5. Check the preview for the changes you have made.
  6. Submit your request on the portal.
  7. Note down the URN and use it to check the Aadhar update online status.
