As CFO of Piramal Finance Limited, Vikash oversees the finance function, driving financial strategy and strengthening governance across all business verticals. He played a pivotal role in the merger of Piramal Enterprises Ltd with its wholly owned subsidiary, Piramal Finance Ltd in 2025, leading the financial integration and enhancing governance and performance across the unified entity.

A Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 6/Rank 1 in North India) with over 18 years of post-qualification experience in financial services, Vikash brings deep expertise in deal structuring and negotiations, strategic financial management, taxation, budgeting and planning, cash and fund flow management, and financial reporting. Since joining Piramal in March 2022, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial strategy, optimizing fund utilization, and enhancing stakeholder communication.

Prior to Piramal, Vikash spent 15 years with the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, most recently as VP – Finance & Accounts.
